The first thing is to avoid fizzy pop drips, crisps and chocolate. These foods are not healthy for your body. Moreover, you are more likely to gain more weight consuming those things on a daily base. What you should do is to include more vegetables and fresh fruits in your diets. It is the main factor in healthy diets for teenage girls.
