The basic idea of weight loss is to eat less and exercise more. There are so many types of low calorie diet plans. To get the best result for the low calorie diet, you need to know yourself. Some people have trigger foods that cause into overeat that also results in weight gain. Thus, you need to know whether you have a trigger food. If you do, you have to avoid the food.

So how to start the low calorie diet plan? The first is to plan out your meals. You can easily find fast foods which cost less than the low calories. It will be better of making your own low calorie meals. Prepare the meals on the weekend. You can cook everything on the day and save the rest on the freezer. So, when you need a low calorie diet, you can look in your freezer, put it into microwave, and have the healthy foods in minutes. You can save much money on that.

You can also include your favorite food in the low calorie diet but it should contain high protein. Some of the recommended high protein snacks for low fat diet are low fat cheeses, low calorie yogurt, and canned chicken and tuna. Furthermore, the most important thing is to include exercise into the diet plan because weight loss cannot be gained only by a choice of food. Do exercise around 45 to 60 minutes a day three times a week to get maximum weight loss result. However, before starting any low calorie diet, you need to consult with a doctor. They will determine the amount of calorie you need every day.
